Sarah Keefer, CPM®, ACoM®

Sarah Keefer is an Assistant Property Manager with Rockhill Management. She is responsible for co-managing 5900 Wilshire Boulevard, a thirty-two-story Class-A commercial high-rise building in the Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles. She joined 5900 Wilshire’s property management team in 2018 as a Property Assistant with the previous ownership, The Ratkovich Company. In early 2020, the property changed ownership, and Sarah was promoted to Assistant Property Manager as part of the transition. Prior to her career in commercial real estate, she worked in the restaurant hospitality industry, where she gained invaluable customer service experience, which allows her to create important tenant, vendor, and coworker relationships in her current role.

Sarah currently assists with the day-to-day operations of the asset, including accounting duties, which require navigating and managing an annual operating budget of $10M+. Sarah graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. She earned her ACoM® designation through IREM in 2021, earned her CPM® designation through the IREM Next Gen CPM Leader 2021-2022 program, and also earned her California Real Estate Salespersons License at the end of 2022.
