Khristina Dundon, CPM®

Since starting in the multifamily industry over 20 years ago, Khristina’s journey has allowed her to work across multiple asset types and markets within Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, and Texas. Her extensive property management skillset includes working for operators such as Fairfield, FPI, Alliance, and Greystar on conventional, affordable, and rent control assets, lease-up, including large-scale value-add repositioning, marketing campaigns, interior design, rebranding acquisitions, due diligence, strategic planning, program implementation, training/development, and client relations.

Her passion is in developing and mentoring teams to reach optimum success, while ensuring that her assets achieve their maximum potential. Her current portfolio includes assets comprised of 1,800+ units located throughout the Los Angeles market. Khristina studied Business Administration at Antelope Valley College and holds her CPM® designation.
