Our Committees

  • The IREM-LA Ascending Leaders Committee is dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in property management. By providing mentorship, guidance, and career-building opportunities, the committee identifies and nurtures emerging talent, helping members advance within Los Angeles property management and prepare for future leadership roles in the industry.

  • The IREM-LA Multifamily Committee provides a space for ARM® members to connect with peers and increase engagement within the multifamily and residential property management sector. Through bi-monthly meetings, networking events, and volunteer opportunities, the committee fosters collaboration, professional growth, and active participation within the IREM Los Angeles community.

  • The IREM LA Events Committee enhances value for members and industry partners by creating engaging, high-quality events and networking opportunities. Responsible for developing and implementing the chapter’s events calendar, the committee collaborates with the Education and Communications Committees to schedule, promote, and maximize participation in Los Angeles property management events.

  • The IREM LA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment within the Los Angeles property management community. Through ongoing learning, training, and development initiatives, the committee promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across all chapter activities and programs.
