Finland Alejo, RPA®, FMA®, BOMI-HP

Finland Alejo is a Senior Property Manager at Kilroy Realty, where she has served for over 20 years, managing more than 2 million square feet of Class A office properties across El Segundo and Long Beach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Southwestern University, and in her role, she excels in driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing tenant satisfaction, optimizing property performance, and upholding the highest standards of building operations. Finland holds multiple designations from BOMI International, including Real Property Administrator® (RPA), Facilities Management Administrator® (FMA), and High-Performance Sustainable Buildings (BOMI-HP), and is currently working towards her CPM® designation.

In addition to her role at Kilroy, Finland is actively involved in advancing the real estate industry. She serves as the Pacific Southwest Regional TOBY Chairperson for BOMA, is a member of the BOMI Board of Trustees, and sits on the Advisory Board for the University of California, Riverside’s Design Thinking Program. Finland’s dedication to education, mentorship, and fostering industry growth fuels her involvement with IREM Los Angeles, where she strives to foster professional development and leadership within the real estate community.
