Jessika Lloyd, MBA

Jessika Lloyd is a Tenant Relations Coordinator for the City of Beverly Hills, where she supports property management operations for leased commercial office, restaurant, and retail spaces. Despite being an emerging professional, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience, overseeing approximately 650,000 square feet throughout Beverly Hills and Los Angeles. Prior to joining the City, Jessika spent several years with Boston Properties, most recently as a Property Management Coordinator in Santa Monica and formerly in New York City, managing Class A office spaces. In that role, she worked closely with tenant leadership and was responsible for delivering top-tier service, as well as overseeing vendor contracts and lease administration.
An active member of IREM’s Los Angeles Chapter, Jessika co-chaired the Charity Gala in 2o23 and served on the events committee. She was recognized as “Associate of the Year” by IREM LA and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager® (CPM) designation, with an expected completion of April 2025. Additionally, she is a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DISI) leader.
In 2023, Jessika received the “Emerging Professional of the Year” award from BOMA Greater Los Angeles (GLA). She has been actively involved in BOMA GLA, serving on various committees, including the Westside Regional Council, Spring Golf, Rising Stars, BOMA on the Sea, and the Emerging Leaders program. Jessika holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology-Criminal Justice from California State University-Northridge and an MBA from the University of Maryland University College. She is also a licensed realtor in California. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
