Jaymi Lacap, CPM®

Jaymi Lacap is a General Manager with CBRE. In her current role, Jaymi manages Century Plaza Towers, a 2.4 million square foot, Class-A commercial office property located in the Century City submarket of Los Angeles. With two decades of experience in the industry, Jaymi has managed over 5 million square feet of commercial office and retail space throughout Southern California. She holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License, the CPM® designation through IREM, the RPA®, FMA®, and BOMI-HP® designations with BOMA, is a LEED Green Associate® and WELL AP, and is currently pursuing LEED AP and her California Broker’s License.

Jaymi received her undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University and earned a graduate degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. As an advocate for continuing higher education, Jaymi also mentors graduate students at Georgetown University. In her free time, Jaymi enjoys weightlifting, traveling, and frequently volunteers with the Culver-Palms Burrito Project.
