Our Refund Policy
Event Registration & Reservation Cancellations
Registrations and reservations cancelled no later than 72 hours prior to the day of the event will be granted a full refund, less any merchant charges assessed on the funds received. If cancelled within 72 hours prior to the day of the event, no refund will be granted.
Substitution
Substitutions are acceptable if the substitute is in the same registration or reservation pricing group as the original attendee. A minimum of 72 hours advance notice is preferred.
No-Show Refunds
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund event fees, registrations, and/or reservations of any kind for no-shows. Thank you for your understanding.
