The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, is the leading source of education, certification, and professional recognition for property managers across all sectors.
For more than 60 years, IREM has set the standard for excellence and professional ethics in real estate management, supporting professionals who oversee office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, mobile home parks, and mixed-use portfolios. With nearly 10,000 Certified Property Manager (CPM®) members and over 3,500 Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) members worldwide, IREM’s diverse membership includes property managers, asset managers, site managers, and executives from top real estate firms, banks, and financial institutions.
The organization is supported by 89 chapters and 63 ARM committees across the U.S. and abroad, ensuring both national leadership and local responsiveness to the needs of every market. The IREM Greater Los Angeles Chapter No. 6 is a professional association dedicated to advancing excellence in real estate management. As part of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), the chapter brings together property managers, asset managers, and real estate professionals with a shared commitment to education, ethics, and industry leadership.
Through its programs, events, and community engagement, the Los Angeles Chapter supports IREM’s mission by promoting professional development, fostering connections, and creating opportunities for members to grow their careers.
