CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® (CPM®) Designation
The premier designation for real estate management professionals. If you manage large residential, commercial, retail, or industrial properties or portfolios, then you may be eligible to pursue the CPM® designation.

ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER® (ARM®) Certification
The certification for specialists in residential property management. If you manage residential properties and your responsibility is primarily at the site level, then the ARMâ certification may be right for you.

ACCREDITED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION® (AMO®) Accreditation
The mark of distinction among real estate management firms. If you are on your firm's executive team leading the property management functions and you are a CPM® Member or CPM® Candidate, you should consider the AMO® accreditation for your firm.

ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGER (ACM)
IREM's newest certification gives you increased market visibility and credibility with owners, investors, and employers. Earn the Accredited Commercial Manager certification and become a member of IREM -- the real estate management industry's premier professional association.

Associate Member
Associate Membership is available to professionals working in the real estate management industry, including Assistant Property Managers, Property Accountants, and administrative personnel . If you are just starting your career or you are an experienced professional pursuing an instant connection to other professionals and resources, you may be eligible to become an Associate Member.
